The Habit Architect
About Tammy

She coaches this because she lived it.

She lived this exact rebuild herself. Coming out of a divorce, relearning boundaries after a relationship where she had none, rebuilding her career, her confidence, and her identity from the ground up. She didn’t become a coach because she has all the answers. She became one because she knows what it costs to lose yourself, and what it takes to find yourself again.

“I don’t try to fix women. I try to expand them.”

Tammy Ashcroft, founder of The Habit Architect

You don’t get the life you want. You get the standard you’re willing to accept.

You’ve spent years being everything to everyone else. Now it’s time to come back to yourself.

I help women at a crossroads hear their own voice, rebuild self-trust, create boundaries without guilt, and take their lives back — one honest step at a time.

01 / The Reframe

It’s not a confidence problem. It’s a standards problem.

Almost nobody in this space asks whether what you’re doing is built on the right foundation.

What You’ve Tried
  • More motivation Trying to push yourself harder.
  • More confidence Waiting until you finally feel ready.
  • More information Books, podcasts and advice you already understand.
  • More goals Starting again, only to fall back into old patterns.
  • More self criticism Thinking you should be further ahead by now.
What Actually Changes
  • Your standards What you expect from yourself and your life.
  • Your habits Small actions that reinforce who you’re becoming.
  • Your boundaries What you accept, protect and walk away from.
  • Your self trust Keeping the promises you make to yourself.
  • Your identity You stop trying to fix yourself and start expanding into who you can become.

You don’t need more motivation. You need a new standard for the woman you’re becoming.

02 / The Boundary

Never therapy. Never advice. Never judgment.

A safe, confidential space for honest conversation. She won’t tell you what decisions to make.

“You are not broken. You don’t need fixing. Sometimes you simply need the space to hear your own voice again.”

This page is called The Boundary on purpose. If holding one has never come easily to you, this is where you get to witness it first, starting with mine.

04 / The Process

One decision. One conversation. One brave step at a time.

The My Commitment page from the Your Season Begins workbook
Step One

The Commitment

Before any work begins, you sign your own commitment, not to me, to yourself. This is where you name, out loud, what you’re actually here for: not to be fixed, but to come back to who you already are underneath years of showing up for everyone else first. It’s a small act with a bigger meaning, the first time in a long time you’re choosing yourself before anyone asks you to.

Step Two

The Uncovering

This is the heart of the work. Together we get honest about where you actually are, not the version you show everyone else, the real one. We trace the story and the turning points that quietly taught you to keep the peace, say yes, and put yourself last. And we start taking the masks off, one at a time, the one you wear at work, with family, with friends, even the one you wear when you’re alone, until what’s left is simply you.

Step Three

The New Standard

By the final weeks, something’s shifted. You trust your own voice again. You stop negotiating with yourself over things that were never up for debate, your time, your energy, your no. This is where you write your own manifesto: not a list of goals, but a declaration of how you’re choosing to live from here. You don’t leave this program rebuilt. You leave home.

05 / Proof

She took her client to a bodybuilding stage. The physique was the least of it.

My best friend Mel asked me to coach her onto a bodybuilding stage. I stayed by her side every step of the way, and the closer I worked with her, the more she changed, without her even realising it.

People always see the physique. For me it’s more about what’s happening inside. Taking her to stage and winning her lineup was incredible. What matters more is what happened after. She’s kept training. Her mindset is still there, one hundred percent.

In Tammy’s Words, On Coaching Mel

I don’t think ‘fixed’ is the right word. I’m definitely still a work in progress. But I know now that I’m capable of doing it.

I was honestly in a state of chaos before we started. No real routine, very low self-esteem, no motivation. Drinking wine every night and breaking promises to myself had become a daily occurrence.

Being able to train with you in person was a massive turning point. It made me accountable, and I don’t think any of my progress would have been possible without that. Now I stick to my training schedule more than ever before. I actually hate missing gym.
